Understanding is not the destination

It is the beginning of a different direction

What if your problem is personal – but its origin is not?

You may already be highly self-aware. You may have explored therapy, coaching, meditation, or other personal-development practices, and understand your patterns well. Yet something still repeats. Y-Screen begins where understanding alone is no longer enough

The framework

Every meaningful change begins with a different perspective. Y-Screen unfolds through two interconnected dimensions: first, seeing what is there. Then, learning what to do with what becomes visible

One approach. Different realities

The same way of seeing can be applied in very different places: to your own life, to leadership, to organisations, and to moments when the old answers no longer seem sufficient. Y-Screen does not remove complexity. It helps you find your position within it
