Awareness

Looking with fresh eyes

Awareness often begins with a simple moment: you notice something you have lived with for years – differently. Not because the situation has changed. Because your attention has. We become used to our own reactions, roles, silences, and ways of relating so quickly that what is familiar begins to feel inevitable. Y-Screen starts by questioning that familiarity. Not everything that feels natural is necessarily yours.

What becomes visible

Awareness is not about fixing yourself. It is about noticing what has been operating automatically:
A reaction that arrives too quickly,
A role you always take,
A sentence you keep repeating,
Or a choice that never feels entirely free.
Do not explain it yet. Just see it. The moment something becomes visible, you are no longer completely inside it – now, you can look at it. It gives you something precious: distance from what once felt automatic. Want to understand where some of these patterns may come from?
